If you are looking for an anti-rattle hitch pin that includes a lock, then # S64029 is the appropriate part. The Draw-Tite Class III hitch you'd looked at, part # 75676 uses 6 M12 x 1.25 x 40mm (12 mm diameter with a 1.25 thread pitch x 40 mm long) class 10.9 bolts to secure the hitch to the nuts that are welded into the frame of your Lexus RX350.
